PAC Rugby Conference play resumes on Saturday, Feb. 23, when California (11-0/1-0) faces UCLA (6-2/0-0) on the North Athletic Field in Los Angeles.
Cal beat the Bruins, 29-7, to win the All-UC Tournament on Jan. 20, when UCLA scored one of only four tries yielded so far this season by the Golden Bears to the opposition. The Bruins are coming off a 48-5 win over Colorado last weekend in Los Angeles.
The Rugby Bears, following their 28-18 win over British Columbia to open the "World Cup" series last weekend, seek to stay perfect in the conference, having started PAC play with a shutout vs. Arizona State on Feb. 2. UCLA will be opening its conference schedule this weekend when they host the blue and gold.
One other match in the PAC Rugby Conference this has Oregon State visiting Utah. Like Cal, the Utes are 1-0 in conference play, having defeated Arizona, 43-10, Feb. 8 in Las Vegas.
