Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney has arrived at the club's Carrington training ground with his future still uncertain.
Rooney was at Carrington for around three hours on Tuesday and it is believed he underwent medical checks after his summer break.
Sky sources understand new United manager David Moyes hopes to have discussions with the England international striker to clarify the player's situation at the club.
Former United boss Sir Alex Ferguson claimed Rooney verbally requested a transfer in May, and Arsenal, Chelsea and Paris Saint-Germain are all apparently interested in the 27-year-old.
But Rooney has yet to comment publicly on the speculation amid reports he disputes Ferguson's version of events.
A previous transfer request in the autumn of 2010 ended with Rooney signing a new deal at Old Trafford and helping the club win the Premier League title later that season.
